When you arrive in the Parish Hall, please locate your table by finding your agency name tag.

On average we have about 350 guests attend the event every year.

There sure will, the code is “stjoe123”

Providers are welcome to eat lunch with the guests. Lunch will be served at 11:30-1.
Feel free to bring your own food, if you prefer.
Please bring your own coffee/breakfast, if you wish to eat in the morning.

5 feet – The tables are not meant to sit upon or put heavy items on.

The event is open to guests from 9am-2pm
